Limarko Group transport and logistics company Baltkonta UAB delivered 2000 mt of reinforced concrete elements to Sweden
There is yet another project which was successfully completed by Baltkonta company. 2000 tons of specific shape, size and weight reinforced concrete elements were delivered from Lithuania to Sweden.
Delivery of the cargo was arranged in a multimodal way. Different parts of concrete elements were delivered to Klaipeda by road from various Lithuanian manufacturers. Then the whole cargo was safely reloaded on a vessel and delivered to Holmsund port in Sweden. After successful vessel discharge operations in Holmsund, the concrete elements were delivered by road transport to the final customer.
Baltkonta continues working with oversize projects on a daily basis. This time, they faced a challenge, when loading such a complex cargo on a vessel. But finally all cargo was delivered in a quick and safe way.
