The young yachtsmen of the country to compete in the Limarko Sailing Cup Regatta
The young yachtsmen of the country raised their sails in the traditional Limarko Sailing Cup Regatta in Dreverna. On July 24 to 26, the competition was organised by Žiemys Sailing Sports School, Klaipėda Region.
Young yachtsmen from Klaipėda, Šiauliai, Neringa, Plungė and Kaunas took part in the Optimist and Laser yacht class competitions and the winners were awarded prizes and cups established by Limarko Group.
Fostering the maritime state traditions and promoting the training of yachtsmen, Limarko Group has been collaborating with Klaipėda Region Žiemys Sailing School for 15 years.The Limarko Sailing Cup Regatta has been included in the annual calendar of sailing competitions of the Yachting Union of Lithuania.
