Lithuania‘s Exporter of the Year – 2020
„Limarko Shipping Company“ is delighted to announce new award: „Lithuania‘s Exporter of the Year – 2020“, yearly prize of Lithuanian Confederation of Industrialists.
This meaningful nomination is presented to Lithuanian companies, making a significant contribution towards Lithuanian economy, implementing the most advanced technologies and quality management systems and providing export related services.
„Limarko Shipping Company‘s“ owned vessels are all meeting ISM Code and ISPS Code requirements, also certified by EU Ship Recycling Regulation in 2020. The export in 2020 has increased by 7% vs 2019 and the amount of cargo transported in 2020 has increased by almost 13% vs 2019 and more than twice vs 2014, which confirms the great leadership within and effort of an experienced team to overcome challenges with smart decisions.
By increasing it‘s profit, the company takes measures to ensure responsible business solutions as well: the investements are constantly made to modernise ballast water treatment system meeting the latest international environmental requirements.
